Personalize your necklace with the names of your love ones! Hand made and crafted in solid 14 karat yellow gold. The maximum amount of letters are eight letters per name, however if you have a name that passes that amount please contact us directly and we will be able to assist you on any inquiry. Necklaces are made 18” inches total length with a jump ring at 16” inches. If you would like to make adjustments on lengths please contact us. If you require more than eight names on a single necklace please contact us and we can help you with that inquiry.
If you place an order, please at checkout in the box that says “Please leave special instructions below” put the names in the order of how you want them to be on the necklace. We will reach out to you once you place your order to confirm the information provided on the names.
*These names are hand made so they require 15 business days to 3 weeks to be done. Orders received after 3pm eastern time will be processed the next day. Orders received on the weekend will be processed that Monday*
*If you want an accent heart or gemstone please pick the selection “Accent Heart” or “Accent Gemstone”. Please note that the accent item may vary in size. Hearts are hand made and are usually 5mm in diameter and gemstones 3mm (but some gemstones may come larger or smaller than 3mm). All gemstones will be natural unless otherwise requested. Some gemstones may be more expensive and may require an additional cost to the cost of $125.00 and we would quote you ahead of time. We also offer the lab grown gemstone option which will cost less and may be included in the $125.00 cost*

Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing period in accordance with the item.
Before shipping before shipping, we'll inspect thoroughly the items you've purchased. Most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may alter at any time. It's possible that your order will become unfulfilled after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also remain in the original packaging.
